In this full-body workout, we alternate jump training with weight resistance training to raise your heart rate while building your muscular endurance. We also use compound exercises, where you’ll use several muscles and more than one joint, that are designed to simulate movements and activities you’ll do in your daily life, and using more of your major muscle groups will allow you to lift heavier loads. We give you quicker strength training gains in the minimum amountof time.
